AT YOUR APPOINTMENT:
We often get the question, "What is it like?"
The imaging takes place in a temperature-controlled room to allow your body to cool from any external conditions. At this time, you’ll complete some simple paperwork, and privately change into a gown, leaving your underpants on.
You will be seated in front of the Thermal Imaging Camera, the technician will be on the opposite side of a privacy screen and will take digital pictures while instructing you to sit up straight and swivel on the stool into different positions. This only takes 10 to 20 minutes.
Once the imaging is complete, your technician will ask you to change back into your clothing privately.
Finally, we will sit together and review your images, payment is due at this time, and your work is complete! Easy peasy and NO reason to be nervous about a thing!
Your images and health history will be sent out to a certified physician for analysis of 1) the amount of heat and 2) the symmetry of the heat patterns.
You will receive a report of findings shortly thereafter via email. This will help you and your doctor determine any next steps.
